The Facility Maintenance Technician / Maintenance Mechanic keeps our equipment vehicles and shop machinery running smoothly through preventive maintenance and timely repairs. This role exists to spot issues early fix whats broken and help extend the life of the tools that support groundskeeping wood manufacturing and residential construction.

Key responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and repair on equipment vehicles and shop machines
- Diagnose maintenance problems and complete repairs efficiently and safely
- Build maintain and follow preventative maintenance schedules
- Respond quickly to urgent repair needs and support operations as needed

Required skills/qualifications:
- Exceptional mechanical and technical aptitude; able to work solo or with a team
- Safety-minded dependable and ready to jump in when priorities shift

Youll start by checking whats on deck: a preventative schedule a couple of repair requests and whatever surprises the day decides to deliver. One moment youre fine-tuning a piece of shop machinery; the next youre troubleshooting a vehicle or helping keep gear ready for the groundskeeping wood manufacturing or residential construction teams.

Some days are steady and methodical; others are drop everything we need this running now. Either way youll wrap up by making sure equipment is safe to use notes are up to date and tomorrows to-do list wont sneak up on anyone.
