As the NPI Program Manager youll coordinate New Product Introduction programs for specialized aerospace fastening and assembly solutions.

Youll work across Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain and Sales while also interacting directly with customers and suppliers. From initial planning through production launch youll help keep programs moving solve problems as they arise and ensure new products meet demanding aerospace quality cost and delivery requirements.

What Youll Be Doing

Lead and coordinate aerospace New Product Introduction programs from inception through completion.
Develop and maintain program schedules budgets milestones and resource plans.
Define program scope objectives deliverables and timelines with key stakeholders.
Serve as a primary point of contact between internal teams customers suppliers and other stakeholders.
Coordinate Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain and Sales throughout the NPI process.
Track program progress and ensure milestones are completed on time and within budget.
Identify program risks roadblocks and potential delays and develop solutions to keep projects moving.
Ensure new products meet customer requirements and aerospace quality standards.
Support quality planning and compliance with aerospace standards including AS9100 and NADCAP.
Build and maintain strong relationships with aerospace customers and suppliers.
Provide program updates and communicate schedules risks priorities and deliverables.
Analyze program performance and identify opportunities to improve NPI processes.
Capture lessons learned and implement best practices across future product launches.
Step into changing priorities and unexpected challenges to help teams successfully deliver programs.

What Were Looking For

Bachelors degree in Aerospace Engineering Mechanical Engineering Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
Experience within aerospace manufacturing engineering or New Product Introduction environments.
Understanding of project or program management principles.
Ability to coordinate multiple projects priorities deadlines and stakeholders.
Strong communication organization and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working between Engineering Manufacturing Quality Supply Chain and commercial teams.
Ability to identify risks analyze complex issues and develop practical solutions.
Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly.
Ability to move between long-term planning and day-to-day execution.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take ownership of programs.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Experience

Aerospace or defense manufacturing experience.
New Product Introduction (NPI) experience.
Aerospace fasteners aircraft hardware or aerospace assembly experience.
Knowledge of AS9100 and NADCAP requirements.
Experience supporting aerospace OEM or Tier 1 customers.
MS Project Aras or similar project/program management tools.
Experience with manufacturing processes product launches and production readiness.
Experience coordinating Engineering Manufacturing Quality and Supply Chain.
Masters degree in a related field.
PMP certification.
