Could your SLP expertise help students communicate more confidently and participate more fully in their school experience Clarifi Staffing Solutions is working with an Indiana school district to find a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time position during the school year.

This school-based role is a great opportunity for an SLP who values collaboration and enjoys developing individualized approaches to meet diverse communication needs. Youll work alongside educators families and student support professionals to address speech and language concerns strengthen functional communication and promote student participation across learning environments.

Your Impact

The selected SLP will assess communication needs provide targeted therapy and contribute to individualized student plans. Youll help establish measurable goals monitor outcomes and adjust interventions as students develop. Collaboration with classroom staff and families will also help reinforce communication strategies throughout the students day.

Professional learning opportunities will provide additional avenues to expand your clinical knowledge and strengthen your school-based practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver individualized speech and language services.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IEP goals.
  • Monitor outcomes and modify services based on student progress.
  • Coordinate with teachers families and related service providers.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities.
  • Integrate communication strategies into classroom activities when appropriate.
  • Assess student communication needs and establish appropriate intervention plans.

Requirements
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Current Indiana SLP license or eligibility to obtain Indiana licensure.
  • Ability to provide student-centered services within a school environment.
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Communication Sciences and Disorders or a related field.
