Are you a new graduate Registered Nurse looking for a specialty where you can build critical skills and make an immediate difference DaVita is seeking passionate new grad RNs to provide life-saving dialysis care in a hospital setting for patients with end-stage renal disease and chronic kidney conditions.

This is a fast-paced highly collaborative role where youll work directly with patients in ICU CCU ED and other acute care units. If you are eager to learn adapt quickly and start your career with a clinical leader in kidney care we want you on our team!

Locations/Required Travel: Indianapolis & Danville IN

Schedule: Full Time Day Shift

What Youll Do (and Learn!):

• Deliver Specialized Care: Provide inpatient dialysis therapies including hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis CRRT and apheresis (we will teach you everything you need to know!).

• Collaborate: Work closely with hospital teams physicians and DaVita clinical staff to advocate for your patients.

• Think Critically: Monitor patients adjust treatments in real-time and ensure quality outcomes.

• Lead: Support and oversee patient care with the help of Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).

• Grow: Adapt and thrive in a dynamic hospital environment where no two days are exactly the same.

What to Expect as a New Grad at DaVita:

• Comprehensive Paid Training: Absolutely no dialysis or prior nursing experience is required. We provide robust paid training designed to confidently transition you into acute care nephrology.

• Variety and Flexibility: Work in a variety of hospital units and rotate between local facilities as needed to broaden your clinical exposure.

• Dynamic Scheduling: Schedules include regular and on-call shifts including weekends and holidays with daily schedules that adapt based on patient needs.

Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of practice (or upcoming NCLEX test date)

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

• A strong desire to learn and build a career in a specialized acute care setting

• Must pass a color vision test (accommodations available)
