Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized patient care plans under the supervision of a Physical Therapist
- Educate and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
- Document all patient care accurately and efficiently
- Participate in case discussions team meetings and ongoing learning
- Provide patient-centered care with compassion professionalism and energy
Qualifications:
- Associate Degree in Physical Therapy Assisting (Required)
- Active Arkansas PTA License (or license eligible at time of hire)
- CPR Certification (Preferred)
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Desire to learn grow and make a difference in the community
