Were hiring a New Construction Sales Rep to help grow our relationships with builders and contractors. This role focuses on closing new-construction roofing jobs and managing projects from start to finish.

What youll do:

• Build relationships with builders GCs and developers
• Generate new business through prospecting and networking
• Estimate and present roofing proposals
• Manage jobs from sale through completion
• Stay on top of timelines communication and follow-ups

What we are looking for:

• Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales
• Network of builders and contractors
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and money-driven
• Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
• Valid drivers license & reliable transportation

Pay and Benefits:

• Base salary commission
• Typical earnings: $80K$150K
• Uncapped commission structure
• Training and ongoing support
