New Car Sales Manager

BobBoyte Chevy is seeking a motivated and experienced New Car Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Biloxi this role you will drive new car sales initiatives manage sales staff and ensure exceptional customer experiences. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets and fostering a positive high-energy sales environment.

• Lead motivate and manage the new car sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share and profitability.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Train and mentor sales staff to improve performance and product knowledge.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the management team to ensure optimal stock.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and procedures as well as regulatory requirements.
• Analyze sales data and prepare regular reports for senior management.

• Proven experience as a sales manager in the automotive industry or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
