• Ford-specific experience is required deep knowledge of Ford products programs incentives and dealer management systems.
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to recruit train motivate and develop a high-performing sales team.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets gross profit objectives and customer satisfaction goals.
• Strong closing skills inventory management experience and the ability to work collaboratively with the entire dealership team.
• Excellent communication organizational and customer relationship skills.
