Job Description
Position Summary:
The Nurse Educator will develop and implement education and professional development services and programs for health system employees.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required
- Bachelors Degree in Nursing
- Montana Licensure (Registered Nurse)
- Minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience and/or equivalent health teaching experience
- Minimum of 1 year of education/training in administrative management and leadership principles and practices
Preferred
- Masters Degree in Nursing
- Instructor certification in any discipline of American Heath Association (AHA) Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) Emergency Nurses Pediatric Course (ENPC) Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) S.T.A.B.L.E. and TeamSTEPPS
- Certification in Nursing Professional Development and or area of specialty
- 1 year of experience as a clinical nurse educator or staff development role
