Job Summary

Job Description
The purpose of this position is to provide technical support for WITCC campus network infrastructure communication systems and related network components. This position is responsible for maintenance monitoring security and support of the Colleges networking environment connectivity communication systems and related technologies while providing customer service and technical assistance to students and employees. Duties and Responsibilities Maintain monitor troubleshoot and upgrade hardware software cabling and network systems as required to support all College operations. Perform system upgrades including hardware software operating systems and network infrastructure. Monitor troubleshoot and repair network systems related components and network integrations. Assist with implementation of networking technology needs of the College including servers switches wireless infrastructure and other networking devices. Perform necessary processes procedures and documentation related to security cybersecurity and business continuity. Maintain and upgrade classroom technology networking infrastructure and provide technical assistance to faculty and students. Use enterprise service management and project management applications to manage internal and customer requests projects and support issues. Create and maintain documentation for all processes systems procedures and responsibilities. Provide customer technical support and maintain high standards of customer service. Support Help Desk operations and provide staff support as needed. Assist with Help Desk tickets related to user access requests new hire onboarding account provisioning and networking-related issues. Assist with administration support and troubleshooting of Zoom Microsoft 365 (O365) Okta and printing services. Maintain high standards of ethics and confidentiality. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. This is a full-time grade 6 administrative position with an annual salary of $49728. Required Qualifications
Associate degree or technical degree and experience in a related field; Valid drivers license.
