Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Network Security Analyst II RSA Archer Specialist to support enterprise Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) initiatives in Austin Texas. This role is responsible for designing implementing configuring and supporting RSA Archer solutions that enable assessment and authorization controls assurance issue management and continuous compliance monitoring across the enterprise.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in RSA Archer administration and development strong knowledge of security and compliance frameworks and experience integrating Archer with enterprise platforms and services.

• Design configure implement and maintain RSA Archer solutions
• Support:
  • Assessment & Authorization (A&A)
  • Controls Assurance Program Management
  • Issues Management
  • Custom Archer applications
  • Enterprise integrations
• Configure Archer workflows forms questionnaires approvals calculations and role-based access controls
• Develop and maintain automated imports data feeds and system integrations

• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements
• Translate requirements into:
  • Technical solution designs
  • Configuration specifications
  • User stories
  • Implementation plans

• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and web services
• Enable connectivity between Archer and external enterprise systems including:
  • ServiceNow
  • ITSM platforms
  • CMDB systems
  • Risk and compliance platforms

• Develop client-side functionality using:
  • JavaScript
  • jQuery
• Implement validations and dynamic behaviors within Archer applications

• Produce and maintain:
  • System design documentation
  • Integration specifications
  • Test plans and results
  • Change management records
  • Project documentation
• Follow established governance release management and deployment procedures

• Troubleshoot and resolve Archer application issues
• Optimize application performance and usability
• Support user adoption through training materials and solution walkthroughs

Candidates must possess one of the following:

• Archer Certified Professional (ACP)
  OR
• Level 3 Archer Certified Administrator Expert Certification

• Expert knowledge of RSA Archer platform architecture and configuration
• Strong understanding of:
  • Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC)
  • Risk management frameworks
  • Security controls and compliance processes
• Experience integrating Archer with external enterprise systems using REST APIs and web services
• Strong JavaScript and jQuery development experience
• Experience working within structured change-controlled environments
• Ability to independently manage complex technical implementations
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Experience supporting large enterprise or government GRC implementations
• Familiarity with:
  • NIST
  • ISO 27001
  • SOC
  • Regulatory compliance programs
• Experience integrating Archer with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms
• Background in information security compliance or risk management teams
