Job Description
Network Operations Engineer
Lead enterprise network operations ensuring availability and resilience of data and voice networks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own LAN WAN and firewall operations.
- Lead incident problem and change management.
- Act as escalation for network incidents.
- Coordinate with network vendors and service providers.
- Support DR and resilience planning.
