Network Infrastructure Analyst

PGS Worldwide is seeking a Network Infrastructure Analyst in Fort Walton Beach Florida for an approximately six-month onsite contract-to-hire role supporting a leading aerospace & defense company. This position will support the operational maintenance stability and availability of local network infrastructure including SD-WAN routers LAN switches wireless access points UPS systems and physical network environments. The analyst will also handle ServiceNow incidents break-fix recovery network requests hardware lifecycle activities and infrastructure documentation.

• High school diploma with 11 years of relevant network/IT experience or associate degree with 7 years of relevant experience.
• Demonstrated experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco SD-WAN technologies.
• Experience configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switching technologies.
• Experience supporting wireless network infrastructure and Wireless Access Points (WAPs).
• Experience maintaining and replacing network hardware.
• Experience supporting local network infrastructure in production environments.
• Experience troubleshooting network outages and degraded performance.
• Experience performing break-fix network support.
• Experience with VLAN assignments port activation and network hardware deployments.
• Experience maintaining structured cabling patching labeling routing and documentation.
• Ability to support and maintain network closets and data-center infrastructure.
• Experience working from an incident or service-request queue.
• U.S. citizenship required.

• Cisco vManage experience.
• Cisco ThousandEyes experience.
• SolarWinds experience.
• NetBrain experience.
• StatSeeker experience.
• Strong understanding of IP address management DNS and DHCP.
• CCNA CCNP Security or other relevant network/IT certification.

• Provide operational maintenance support for SD-WAN routers LAN switches and wireless access points.
• Monitor and maintain UPS systems supporting network availability.
• Perform firmware updates and network hardware replacements.
• Maintain structured cabling and ensure patching is properly labeled routed and documented.
• Maintain organized safe and compliant network closets and data-center environments.
• Perform physical audits of network hardware installations.
• Manage daily network incidents and requests through ServiceNow.
• Troubleshoot and resolve network outages and degraded connectivity.
• Perform break-fix support to minimize operational impact.
• Complete VLAN assignments port activations and hardware deployment requests.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for end-user network support needs.

• Full-time onsite in Fort Walton Beach Florida.
• Standard schedule.
• Tentative hours: 7:30 AM5:30 PM.
• Approximately 10% domestic travel.
• Overtime may be required.

• $45.46 per hour.
