Position Overview
Seeking an experienced Network Engineer with strong expertise in RF survey engineering wireless network design enterprise networking and project leadership. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience conducting RF surveys in complex healthcare and corporate environments while designing implementing optimizing and supporting large-scale enterprise network infrastructures.
Required Experience
- 5 years of progressive network engineering experience
- 5 years of RF survey engineering experience
- Experience performing field surveys in hospital and office environments
- Enterprise network design implementation and optimization experience
- Network project leadership experience
- Telecommunications and wireless networking background
- Supervisory experience preferred

- Conduct RF surveys and wireless network assessments
- Develop coverage capacity and RTLS network designs
- Troubleshoot and optimize wired and wireless network environments
- Lead small to medium network deployment projects
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve complex network issues
- Create technical documentation reports and design specifications
- Support disaster recovery planning and testing
- Monitor network performance capacity and availability
- Collaborate with IT construction and vendor teams
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements
- Mentor junior network engineers and technical staff
Required Education
