Recruiting for Good is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to design build and support reliable secure and scalable network infrastructure. This role is ideal for an experienced professional who enjoys solving complex connectivity challenges improving network performance and partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure strong operational stability across the organization.

As a senior member of the team you will play a key role in shaping network architecture strengthening security and driving continuous improvements across enterprise and cloud-connected environments.

• Design implement and maintain enterprise network infrastructure across office hybrid and remote environments

• Manage and optimize routing switching wireless firewall and VPN technologies

• Monitor network performance availability and capacity to ensure high reliability and minimal downtime

• Troubleshoot complex network issues and lead root cause analysis for incidents affecting connectivity or performance

• Plan and execute network upgrades migrations and infrastructure refresh projects

• Partner with security systems and cloud teams to support secure connectivity and network segmentation

• Develop and maintain network documentation topology diagrams standards and operating procedures

• Evaluate existing environments and recommend improvements for scalability resilience and efficiency

• Support disaster recovery and business continuity efforts through strong network design and testing

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers and other IT team members

• Participate in on-call support and incident response as needed

• Senior-level experience in network engineering network infrastructure or a related role

• Strong hands-on experience with routing and switching in enterprise environments

• Experience managing firewalls VPNs WAN/LAN wireless networks and network security controls

• Deep understanding of TCP/IP DNS DHCP BGP OSPF VLANs and subnetting

• Experience with network monitoring performance tuning and troubleshooting tools

• Knowledge of network design principles redundancy high availability and failover strategies

• Experience supporting hybrid or cloud-connected environments

• Strong documentation problem-solving and analytical skills

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver reliable solutions in a collaborative setting

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Experience with cloud networking in AWS Azure or Google Cloud

• Familiarity with automation tools or scripting such as Python Ansible or Terraform

• Experience with SD-WAN zero trust networking or network access control solutions

• Relevant certifications such as CCNP CCIE Network or similar

• Experience in large-scale or distributed enterprise environments

• Network infrastructure is stable secure and scalable to support business growth

• Incidents are resolved efficiently with clear root cause analysis and preventative action

• Network upgrades and projects are delivered with minimal disruption to users

• Documentation and standards are maintained to support operational excellence

• Cross-functional teams trust the network environment to be reliable high-performing and secure
