Role: Senior Business Analyst (Telecom domain)
Location: Bellevue Washington 98006 (Onsite)
Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst - Telecom Network Engineering & Automation with 8 years of experience across telecom network operations monitoring platforms and infrastructure transformation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong Business Analysis foundation deep network engineering domain expertise and a clear automation and transformation mindset.
Must have Skills
- 8 years of experience across telecom/network engineering monitoring and operations with strong BA ownership
- Strong understanding of networking protocols: TCP/IP BGP OSPF MPLS DNS DHCP
- Hands on experience with network monitoring platforms (SolarWinds Nagios Zabbix Splunk Dynatrace or similar)
- Solid understanding of NOC operations incident management and ITIL processes
- Strong documentation analysis and stakeholder communication skills
- Architecture & Business Analysis Experience
Good To have Skills
- Exposure to cloud networking (AWS/Azure) is a plus
- Working knowledge of automation/scripting (Python Shell Ansible or similar)
- Experience working with routers switches and firewalls (Cisco Juniper Nokia etc.)
