Job Description:

General IT knowledge across networking systems web and cybersecurity enough to speak the language and triage issues

• Experience coordinating or managing IT vendors or contractors
• Comfortable serving as the bridge between non-technical agency staff and technical contractors
• Ability to track open tickets follow up on deliverables and escalate as needed
• Experience in a small office or government environment preferred
• Familiarity with Commonwealth of Virginia IT standards (VITA) a plus
