Job Summary

STAFFXPERT LLC is seeking a NetSuite Subject Matter Expert (SME) on behalf of our client in Berkeley Heights New Jersey. This role requires a highly experienced NetSuite professional with strong expertise in payments financial operations and system integrations. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor providing both functional and technical leadership to support enterprise-level NetSuite initiatives and payment processing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary NetSuite SME providing guidance on platform capabilities best practices and solution design.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable NetSuite solutions.

• Support initiatives related to payment processing settlement workflows reconciliation and order-to-cash operations.

• Review and provide recommendations for NetSuite customizations integrations and system enhancements.

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and optimization of business processes.

• Analyze and troubleshoot integration and data flow issues across enterprise systems.

• Participate in solution reviews and contribute to architecture and design discussions.

Required Qualifications

• 10 years of hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP.

• Strong expertise in payments processing settlement workflows reconciliation and financial operations.

• Experience working with payment platforms payment processors and related integrations.

• Solid understanding of NetSuite architecture customization and integration frameworks.

• Hands-on knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x REST APIs SOAP APIs and SuiteTalk.

• Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills.

• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced enterprise environments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within financial services payments fintech or related industries.

• Prior involvement in large-scale NetSuite implementations upgrades or transformation programs.

• Strong analytical problem-solving and process improvement skills.

• Ability to engage with both business and technical teams to drive successful outcomes.
