Project Scope:

Seeking an experienced Systems Software Programmer to support the development enhancement and maintenance of mission-critical enterprise applications. The consultant will be responsible for designing developing testing and deploying scalable web applications while supporting the agencys ongoing modernization initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in technologies Angular (PrimeNG) SQL Server and enterprise web application development. This role requires close collaboration with development teams technical leads and business stakeholders to deliver secure high-quality software solutions using modern development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design develop test and maintain enterprise web applications using technologies.

Develop scalable data-driven applications using C# MVC and SQL Server.

Build and maintain responsive web interfaces using Angular (PrimeNG) jQuery HTML CSS and JavaScript.

Design and implement web services APIs and WCF services.

Develop debug unit test integration test and deploy software components.

Participate in application architecture system design and technical solution discussions.

Create and maintain technical documentation for application components and system designs.

Collaborate with technical leads developers and stakeholders to define application requirements.

Support source code management build automation deployment and release activities using Team Foundation Server (TFS).

Participate in integrated testing and production support activities.

Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of development standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

5 years of experience designing and developing enterprise applications technologies.

5 years of experience developing data-driven applications utilizing relational database systems.

5 years of experience building scalable web-based applications using N-tier architecture and complex security models.

5 years of experience with C# MVC Framework.

5 years of experience with WCF (Windows Communication Foundation).

3 years of experience with jQuery.

1 year of experience with Angular (PrimeNG).

Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server.

Experience with source code management build management testing and deployment.

Preferred Skills:
