Navitas Partners LLC is seeking an experienced .NET Full Stack Developer to join a dynamic technology team supporting enterprise-level web applications and public-facing platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full-stack development CMS-driven applications Microsoft technologies and modern web development practices.

This role requires a self-motivated professional who can collaborate effectively within Agile teams while also working independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Design develop enhance and maintain enterprise web applications and public-facing websites
• Build and support CMS-driven applications and content workflows
• Develop scalable backend services and APIs using technologies
• Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern front-end technologies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers QA business analysts and stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews testing deployment and production support activities
• Implement logging monitoring and error-handling solutions
• Support CI/CD pipelines release management and deployment automation
• Troubleshoot application issues and optimize system performance

• 5 years of professional software development experience
• Strong experience with C# .NET Framework Core/.NET technologies
• Experience developing and maintaining public-facing websites
• Hands-on experience with CMS development customization deployment and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and modern front-end frameworks/libraries
• Experience with SQL Server T-SQL and database design/development
• Experience with Entity Framework and/or Entity Framework Core
• Familiarity with authentication and authorization implementations
• Experience with Git and/or TFS source control systems
• Experience using Azure DevOps (ADO) CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies including Unit Smoke Regression System and Integration Testing
• Understanding of DevOps concepts and deployment automation
• Strong communication analytical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Experience with Azure cloud services and Microsoft 365 integrations
• Familiarity with SEO best practices and website performance optimization
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment
