About the Role

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer to join our development this role you will design develop and maintain high-quality software solutions that directly impact our business and customers. You will work on a mix of building new end-user features creating APIs and configuring vendor-packaged software.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Maintenance: Design code and maintain high-quality software features and capabilities for both internal employees and external customers.

• System Customization: Configure customize and integrate vendor-provided packaged software to seamlessly align with user needs.

• API & DevOps Support: Build and manage APIs for internal and external products while utilizing modern DevOps and CI/CD principles.

• Agile Collaboration: Participate actively in Agile development workflows leveraging planning tools (such as Azure DevOps) to meet sprint goals.

• Problem Solving: Analyze business information needs research alternatives and identify isolate and document software defects with high attention to detail.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education & Experience

• Education: Bachelors degree in a related field (Computer Science IT etc.)

• Experience: * 1 years of professional work experience.

  • 02 years of experience for entry-level placement; 27 years for mid-level placement.

Technical Knowledge & Skills

• Coding Proficiency: Strong foundational skills in one or more core programming languages (e.g. C# .NET Java).

• Development Methodologies: Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

• Databases: Basic knowledge of database management systems (SQL NoSQL).

• Communication: Demonstrated ability to condense and communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
