- 7 days on 7 days off rotation

Pay and Benefits
Salary range:$113290.11 - $144076.40 per year
Pay may be determined by factors such as education experience skills knowledge location and internal equity
Salary and salary range are based on a 1.0 FTE reduced FTE will result in a prorated offer rate
May be eligible for additional pay through bonuses quality incentives or production-based (RVU) compensation.

Department Information
CentraCares Nephrology program is a comprehensive established kidney care service dedicated to improving the lives of patients across Central Minnesota. Based at CentraCares River Campus in St. Cloud and supported by St. Cloud Hospital the team provides specialized care for patients with chronic kidney disease acute kidney injury hypertension anemia and end-stage renal disease requiring dialysis. The practice follows patients throughout the continuum of kidney care creating meaningful long-term relationships while helping patients navigate complex medical conditions.
The nephrology team serves a broad regional population through a combination of outpatient clinic visits inpatient hospital rounding and outreach dialysis locations throughout Central Minnesota. This unique model allows providers to practice in diverse care settings while maintaining continuity of care for patients in both urban and rural communities. The program offers in-center hemodialysis peritoneal dialysis home dialysis training and ongoing chronic kidney disease management and education.
