UMH Sparrow Lansing Main Hospital is seeking a Board Certified in Neonatology available to cover day shift night/weekend are expected to arrive at the hospital within 30 minutes

Practice Setting:Level III NICU Special Care Nursery
Shift Schedule: Day Shift: 10 hours; Night Shift: 14-hour home call (must arrive within 30 minutes if called in)
Reason for Coverage:Short staffing
Call Ratio:1:4
Call Schedule:Variable / in flux due to staffing shortages
Patient Demographics: Neonatal patients / NICU newborn population
Trauma designation:Level I Trauma Center
