POSITION DUTIES
General Purpose:
The Neighborhood Revitalization Success Manager provides deep hands-on support to a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH implementation communities leading execution of the all-of-government (AOG) initiative on their behalfplanning and executing on strategies to align state agencies and local partners to provide intensive wrap-around support tailored to each communitys needs.This is a hybrid position and requires flexibility to report to locations in Annapolis Baltimore and other areas of the state as needed.Core Responsibilities:
- Implement an all-of-government strategy for ENOUGH communities by coordinating agencies funders and outside partners.
- Serve as ENOUGH Success Manager for a focused portfolio of 4-6 ENOUGH communities providing deep hands-on support.
- Keep grant implementation on track by catching risks early and ensuring grantees stay accountable to program and compliance requirements.
- Support the ENOUGH teams evolving needs as new priorities and projects arise.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education: A bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in public policy preferably in a government or political setting. This experience includes but is not limited to:
- Experience defining and managing projects alongside diverse stakeholders who are instrumental to successful delivery
- Experience in community revitalization preferably in housing development
DESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Track record of delivering results in a high-pressure environment and across multiple workstreams
- Problem solving skills and an ability to anticipate challenges and develop solutions to maintain timelines and meet deadlines
- Passion for public service and making a positive difference in the lives of Marylanders
- Understanding of the civic innovation space
- Ability to navigate an ambiguous environment with excitement and enthusiasm
- A track record of demonstrating and successfully applying the following characteristics:
