NDT Operator Wax 3rd Shift

We are seeking a detail-oriented NDT Operator - Wax to join our team on 3rd this role you will perform x-ray inspections of wax patterns support quality initiatives and collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure product integrity and process consistency. The ideal candidate is safety-focused quality-driven and thrives in a team-oriented manufacturing environment.

• Perform x-ray inspection of wax patterns and evaluate wax wall thickness in accordance with established procedures.
• Serve as a liaison between Production and Engineering regarding wax wall measurements x-ray results wax patterns and cores.
• Provide timely feedback to Engineering to help prevent wall thickness excursions and core breakage.
• Conduct x-ray and wax wall inspections on a full-time basis while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
• Accurately document completed work in Lot Control and apply all required identification.
• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Follow all applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) work instructions and quality requirements.
• Observe all safety regulations and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive team environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervision.

• Successfully complete additional training certifications and SOP requirements as needed.
