Job Summary
- Perform Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) inspections on aircraft components and structures
- Conduct inspections using approved NDT methods in compliance with FAA and company standards
- Interpret inspection results and accurately document findings
- Ensure all inspections meet quality assurance and safety requirements
- Review maintenance and inspection records for regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with maintenance engineering and quality teams
- Maintain and calibrate inspection equipment
- Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis as needed
- Require previous aviation NDT inspection experience
- Prefer certification in one or more NDT methods (e.g. PT MT UT ET RT)
- Must understand FAA regulations and aviation quality standards
- Experience in MRO manufacturing or aviation maintenance environments required
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail documentation and communication skills
- Aerospace or aviation industry background preferred
- NAS 410 or equivalent certification preferred
