Overview

Orgro is building the key personnel team for an upcoming U.S. Navy program office support contract (PMS 470). We are hiring across six senior key positions and will match qualified candidates to the role that best fits their background. All positions require an active SECRET clearance and significant U.S. Navy program or acquisition experience.

Minimum Qualifications (All Roles)

  • Active SECRET clearance
  • Bachelors degree business management or a technical field (advanced degree accepted for analyst roles)
  • Supervisory experience
  • Experience communicating with SES/Flag level personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to manage this contract type in an efficient and cost-effective manner
  • 1015 years relevant professional experience depending on role

Role-Specific Requirements

Program Manager / Deputy Program Manager PMP certification (required at High Senior preferred at Low Senior). Responsible for overall program definition organization and direction of short and long range plans; formulating and directing the technical approach; negotiating resources with activity and agency personnel; establishing and controlling technical milestones schedules budgets and costs.

Senior Acquisition Management Lead Demonstrated experience with DoW acquisition systems and reports including Selected Acquisition Reports (SAR) Quarterly and Monthly DAES Reports and Quarterly and Monthly ASN (RD&A) Dashboard reporting. Provides daily program analytical and acquisition management support to Program Managers and senior executives including records management business research analysis and valuation strategies. Strong computer finance and analytical skills required.

Senior Management Analyst 15 years in engineering/science management operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis with significant U.S. Navy programs or operations experience. Collects reviews and analyzes information to make senior-level recommendations to the Government; defines complex problems across budget technical human resources program management and program development data; reports findings to Program Managers Directors and executive-level officials in writing and orally; leads teams supporting the Government.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of DoW/DoN procedures and policies including the DoW 5000 process
  • Familiarity with Navy Portfolio Acquisition Executive major acquisition programs
  • Knowledge of In-Service Ship operations and organizational structure
