Summary
The Navigation Supervisor is responsible for assisting in all operations pertaining to
the Navigation team. This role provides direct supervision to staff between Behavioral
Health Coordinators Justice Opioid Program Re-entry program and SOAR (SSI/SSDI
Outreach Access and Recovery). The Supervisor reports directly to the NavigationManager.
Essential Functions
1. Provide support to the Navigation team staff by monitoring scheduling directlytraining staff and providing solutions to client and staff dilemmas.
2. Run monthly reports for each team following measures set by funders and agencycompliance.
3. Maintain clean and audit program data to ensure accuracy and service delivery.
4. Host weekly inter-departmental case conference with manager maintainingaccurate case management services by assigning caseloads coordinating servicesand ensuring staff engagement.
5. Provide services in a manner congruent with harm reduction theory progressiveengagement low-barrier eligibility trauma informed care and national best practices.
6. Update resources regularly to ensure accurate information distribution; maintainup to date fliers forms sign-up sheets process changes etc.
7. Build and maintain relationships with agency staff and partners.
8. Conduct weekly team meetings and regular performance interviews of staffproviding coaching feedback and professional development.
9. Ensure health and safety protocols are consistently upheld
in resolving client complaints. Collects and delivers client grievances toManager and Director when necessary.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a social service or human service setting.
- Must be able to effectively communicate with participants from diversebackgrounds including those who are experiencing mental health substance use
traumatic and medical barriers; and must model effective engagement strategies.
- Ability to handle sensitive material maintaining the highest level of confidentialityand displaying sound judgement.
- A sensitivity to cultural diversity lifestyle differences is essential.
- Must have present fingerprint clearance card upon hire.
