Job Summary
Bay Creek Resort located in Cape Charles VA is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Full-Time Nature Preserve Ranger/Recreation Coordinator! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Pay Range: $29.00 to $30.00 per hour
- Maintains cleanliness of facility operations according to established daily maintenance procedures
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of department programs events and activities; answers guest questions regarding such programs
- Records all cash check and charge transactions based on established cash control procedures
- Maintains understanding of operating procedures for the pool bikes boats and fitness equipment
- Completes checklists for opening closing and daily procedures
- Takes direction from the Facility Coordinator Special Events and Youth Coordinator and Conference Recreation Coordinator
- Assists in the implementation of programs including youth programs special events and conference recreation events
- Provides a safe environment within facilities and activities
- Processes recreation reservations as needed
- Incorporates safe work practices in job performance
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance
- Performs other duties as required
- Plant and Wildlife knowledge
- Certifications Preferred but not required
