We are seeking an experienced and passionate National Relief Facility Managerto join our leadership team.

This unique position reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (Aged Care)and provides operational and clinical leadership support across our national portfolio.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced aged care leader who enjoys variety travel and working with diverse teams.

As the National Relief Facility Manager you will provide temporary leadership support to our aged care homes during periods of leave recruitment growth commissioning audits and operational projects. You may also step into support Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) positions when additional clinical leadership support is required.

The role will see you travel across our facilities in Western Australia Queensland New South Wales South Australia and Victoria supporting teams to achieve excellent outcomes for residents staff and families.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Provide relief Facility Manager coverage across Roshana Care Group facilities.
  • Provide Clinical Nurse Manager (CNM) support when required.
  • Lead and support site teams to deliver exceptional resident care and services.
  • Assist facilities through accreditation audits quality reviews and compliance activities.
  • Support occupancy growth workforce management and operational performance.
  • Coach mentor and develop emerging leaders.
  • Assist with new facility openings acquisitions and transition projects.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and best practice.
  • Build positive relationships with residents families staff and external stakeholders.
  • Support implementation of organisational initiatives systems and strategic projects.
  • Promote a positive culture aligned with Roshanas values.

What You Will Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience as a Facility Manager Clinical Nurse Manager or senior aged care leader.
  • Strong understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to new environments and build strong working relationships.
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across Australia.
  • A genuine passion for aged care and improving the lives of older Australians.
