Build strong customer relationships while identifying opportunities to grow sales and expand our business. Partner with teammates across the organization to ensure were delivering an outstanding customer experience. Help solve customer issues by researching concerns coordinating solutions and following through to ensure satisfaction. Proactively reach out to customers to promote BlueLinx products programs and value-added services. Serve as an advocate for our customers helping connect their needs with the right resources and solutions within Were Looking For: Bachelors degree from an accredited university. Recent graduate or early-career professional (0-2 years of experience). Strong communicator who is comfortable on the phone Microsoft Teams and email. Natural problem solver who takes ownership and follows issues through to resolution. Sales-minded with a passion for building relationships and driving growth. Organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and responsive with a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
