Job Description: The National Automotive Training Academy is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to act as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department. You will communicate repair needs provide accurate estimates and ensure a seamless service experience. We are actively scheduling Zoom interviews for immediate openings.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in automotive service writing or service advising

• Excellent verbal communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency with automotive service software and scheduling

• Clean background check and clean drivers license required
