Job Summary

Purpose/Objective of the Role:

  • Provide efficient and quality music camp hospitality

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Serve as campus liaison for assigned summer camps/conference groups and assist with general summer

camp/conference administration

  • Serve as on-call representative for assigned groups for the duration of the groups stays
  • Follow-through on guest requests concerns and questions in a courteous and timely manner
  • Lead or assist with camp operations
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and organized
  • Ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • Knowledge of OWU Campus facilities policies and resources
  • Strong commitment to hospitality and customer service
  • Positive accommodating attitude
  • Punctual and independently motivated. Capable of working without direct supervision
  • Must successfully complete pre-hire background check
  • Must complete assigned Working with Minors training at time of hire
