Multiple Intervention Specialist Teacher Positions

Yoder Learning Center is seeking multiple Intervention Specialist Teachers to join our team. We are a highly structured learning environment serving students with autism and other disabilities. We are looking for compassionate flexible educators who are committed to supporting students academic behavioral and social-emotional growth in a supportive and student-centered setting.

Available Grade Bands

• 1stâ2nd Grade Classroom
• 6thâ8th Grade Classroom

Qualifications

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License
• Ability to work collaboratively with staff families and related service providers
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Experience working with students with autism and/or behavioral needs preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized instruction and support based on students IEP goals
• Create and maintain a structured positive classroom environment
• Support students academic behavioral communication and social-emotional development
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to support student success
• Maintain documentation and progress monitoring as required
