Role Description:
The Multifamily Construction Lead Superintendent will oversee all aspects of construction operations for multifamily apartment projects. Responsibilities include managing on-site construction activities ensuring compliance with safety protocols maintaining project schedules and coordinating with various stakeholders such as subcontractors and project teams. The role also involves resolving on-site challenges and producing progress reports. This is a full-time on-site role based in Santa Cruz CA.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a superintendent overseeing the construction of apartment projects full life cycle from earthwork/grading through to certificate of occupancy
- Experience with podium construction is preferred
- Proficiency with construction software and tools
