The Multi-Skilled Technician under the direction of a Registered Nurse will provide patient care in an atmosphere sensitive to each persons physical emotional social and spiritual needs. Functions within the standards policies procedures and guidelines of the Organization.

Responsibilities

• Obtain vital signs height weight and I&O
• Performs EKG and phlebotomy as delegated by Staff RN
• Assist patients with activities of daily living
• Provide skin care (stage I & II)
• Document patient data accurately and completely

Requirements/Qualifications

• Effective communication skills
• Self-motivated independent organized and able to prioritize work
