Job Summary
Multi-site Maintenance Technician needed to assist the maintenance staff in a wide variety of assignments at several local apartment communities. Youll float between locations as needed.
Responsibilities include:
- Complete a broad range of preventative maintenance and repairs
- Respond to work orders
- Prepare vacant suites for presentations and move-ins
- Maintain buildings interior and exterior grounds upkeep
- All other duties as assigned
Experience in residential maintenance strongly preferred. You should have basic plumbing electrical and HVAC skills with a strong mechanical aptitude enjoy hands-on assignments and possess solid service skills. Teamwork troubleshooting and customer service skills required.
