Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor (Downtown Indianapolis)

Qualified candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently have reliable transportation and availability for 24-hour on-call maintenance upon schedule. Additionally qualified candidates must carry an owned smartphone device (cell phone reimbursement will be awarded).

As Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor you are responsible for the overall maintenance; including planning coordinating budgeting organizing and maintaining the physical needs of the property. You will perform and lead the repair and maintenance of HVAC systems electrical/mechanical systems plumbing grounds structural elements mechanical equipment and refurbishment of apartments. A strong candidate is one with experience overseeing additional maintenance team personnel and responsibilities.
