Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician

Location: Toledo OH
Pay: $36.43/hour
Schedule: MondayFriday Day Shift

We are seeking an experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to perform skilled maintenance installation fabrication troubleshooting and repair across a manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for a versatile trades professional with experience across multiple mechanical and industrial disciplines.

• Install fabricate repair troubleshoot and maintain plant equipment structures systems and components
• Perform carpentry work using hand and power tools
• Perform piping pipefitting and plumbing work on plant systems
• Service and repair fire protection systems
• Perform sheet metal layout fabrication installation repair and removal
• Cut bend weld and form metals including plate and structural materials
• Perform general facility renovation and painting work using brush roller and spray equipment
• Repair and maintain a variety of mechanical equipment
• Rig and move heavy materials and equipment throughout the facility
• Work with contractors vendors and other skilled trades personnel on equipment installation maintenance and troubleshooting
• Monitor and operate equipment associated with plant utilities and powerhouse systems

• Multi-craft industrial maintenance experience preferred
• Experience in one or more of the following: mechanical repair welding fabrication pipefitting plumbing carpentry sheet metal rigging painting or facility maintenance
• Ability to read drawings specifications and work instructions
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Industrial manufacturing facility with heat noise dust and elevated work areas
• Must be willing to work alternate shifts as needed
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check drug screening physical Functional Capacity Exam and respirator fit test
