We are seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to support industrial manufacturing operations by maintaining troubleshooting and repairing complex production equipment and automation systems. This role requires strong mechanical electrical and controls expertise to ensure safe efficient and continuous plant operations.
The technician will work closely with engineering and production teams to install test and maintain equipment while supporting reliability safety and operational performance goals.
Key Responsibilities Equipment Maintenance & Troubleshooting-
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial production and processing equipment.

Diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic system issues.

Troubleshoot conveyors rotating equipment gearboxes bearings and industrial machinery.

Inspect equipment for wear damage and operational integrity.

Work with PLC-controlled systems and industrial automation equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical systems including motors AC drives encoders and resolvers.

Support distributed control systems (DCS) and automation architectures.

Calibrate instrumentation including flow level pressure and temperature devices.

Maintain pipeline distribution systems conveyors and production line equipment.

Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems to ensure operational efficiency.

Support installation testing and commissioning of new equipment in partnership with engineering teams.

Read and interpret blueprints schematics technical drawings and manuals.

Record maintenance activities using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).

Follow safety regulations and ensure compliance with workplace safety standards.

Use hand tools power tools welding equipment hoists lifts and diagnostic instruments.

Test and observe machinery performance during operation.

Perform repairs and rebuilds as required to restore equipment functionality.

Experience in industrial maintenance or multi-craft technical roles.

Strong knowledge of mechanical systems electrical troubleshooting and industrial automation.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

Hands-on experience with PLCs and industrial control systems.

Familiarity with hydraulics pneumatics and rotating equipment.

Experience using CMMS systems for maintenance tracking.

Ability to work in a manufacturing/production environment.

Experience with EtherNet/IP ControlNet and DeviceNet networks.

Background in AC drives motors encoders and advanced troubleshooting.

Experience with industrial automation and distributed control systems.

Welding and fabrication experience.

Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Pay Range: $33.00 $43.00 per hour
