Key Personnel Requirements:
Required Technical Qualifications:
MuleSoft Expertise: Extensive hands-on expertise with the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Anypoint Studio API Manager Anypoint Exchange Runtime Manager and expert-level proficiency in DataWeave.
API Development: Proven experience developing deploying and supporting REST APIs and specialized Mule applications.
Architectural Understanding: Strong mastery of API-led connectivity microservices architecture and enterprise integration patterns (EIP).
SaaS Ecosystem Integration: Documented experience integrating two or more SaaS systems within an enterprise environment.
Technical Standards: Advanced proficiency with JSON XML RAML OAuth2 TLS and modern API security standards.
Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical integration requirements. Strong debugging performance tuning and environment configuration skills.

Domain Experience: Experience designing integrations or middleware solutions for government or public sector environments. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure/AWS) or DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
MuleSoft Professional Certifications:
o MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD Level 1 or 2)
o MuleSoft Certified Integration Architect
