Job Description:
Senior Scientist - Strategy & Deployment (S&D) Member within Advanced Manufacturinggroup.
Responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovationsutilizingthe End-to-End Innovation Deployment Process. This role involves deploying technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams being accountable for the deployment strategy driving value proposition and value capture acting as the Global Technology Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for deployed technologies ensuring global alignment with key stakeholders and authoring technical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the deployment of advanced technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams.
Provide technicalexpertiseand support to ensure smooth implementation and integration of technologies.
Develop a comprehensive deployment plan aligned with organizationalobjectives.
Identifyand communicate the value proposition of the deployed technologies and innovations.
Continuouslymonitorand assess the value generated by the deployed technologies providing insights for improvement and optimization.
Provide guidance support and resolutions to deployment-related queries and challenges.
Create andmaintaintechnical documents including installation guides user manuals and specifications.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g. Engineering Computer Science Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Ability to drive strategic decision-making based on value proposition and value capture.
Proficientin technical writing paying attention to detail and clarity.
Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to technology deployment.

Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees are eligible to participate in the Companys consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation 120 hours per calendar year

Work Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
