Orientation: 16 Hours (Non-Billable)

Job Summary:

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced MRI Technologist to perform high-quality MRI imaging procedures within a hospital radiology department. The technologist will ensure accurate diagnostic imaging patient safety and compliance with all MRI protocols while working in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform MRI imaging procedures according to physician orders

  • Prepare and position patients for MRI scans

  • Ensure MRI safety protocols are strictly followed

  • Review patient history and imaging requirements before procedures

  • Operate MRI equipment and maintain image quality standards

  • Document imaging procedures accurately in EPIC system

  • Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams

  • Maintain patient comfort and communication during scans

  • Ensure compliance with hospital and radiology department standards

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 1 year EPIC experience required

  • Ability to work independently in MRI imaging environment

  • Strong patient care and communication skills

  • First-time travelers may be considered based on experience

Certifications & Licensure:

  • ARRT registered in Radiology & MRI OR ARRT registered in MRI OR ARMRIT certification required

  • BLS required

Additional Requirements:

  • COVID-19 Vaccine not required per facility guideline

  • Flu Vaccine required (no exemptions)
