Metro MRI Center has provided affordable Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) services to the Quad City area (Moline Rock Island Davenport and Bettendorf) and the surrounding communities since 1990. Following the opening of its site in Moline with a high-field MRI scanner Metro began a new era of diagnostic services in its community offering the highest level in quality care using the most advanced imaging technology available. Not only that Metro MRIs clinics offer evening and weekend hours.

Position Summary:
* Working on high field 3T and 1.5T Scanners
* Performs magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations to demonstrate anatomy for interpretation and/or intervention by or at the request of a licensed practitioner
* Ensures patient safety and comfort during care and reviews images to provide quality diagnostic imaging.
*The MRI Technologist is responsible for training and assisting new MRI Technologists.

Desired Professional Skills and Experience:
*Advanced MR Registry preferred (ARRT or ARMRIT) or must obtain within 1 year of hire although preferred 1-3 years of experience as MRI Tech
* Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy
* Knowledge of Principles and Physics of Magnetic Resonance Imaging
* BLS and IV Skills
* Able to respond to on-call locations within 45 minutes

Compensation:

The hourly range for this position is $32.98-$49.47.
