Shift: Day Shift 3x12-Hour Flexible Schedule
Schedule: 7:00 AM 8:00 PM (Including 60-Minute Unpaid Lunch Break)
Contract Duration: 8 Weeks

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join a high-volume Diagnostic Imaging team in New York City. This assignment offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced clinical environment utilizing advanced imaging technology while supporting high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will possess strong MRI and radiography experience excellent technical skills and the ability to work collaboratively with radiologists physicians and healthcare teams.

• Perform MRI examinations according to physician orders and departmental protocols
• Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures
• Administer contrast media in accordance with state regulations and facility protocols
• Ensure patient safety comfort and proper screening procedures
• Operate MRI imaging equipment and related diagnostic systems
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and imaging records
• Utilize EMR RIS HIS PACS and modality-specific software systems
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare teams to support accurate diagnostic imaging
• Maintain compliance with safety infection control and quality standards

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Graduate of an accredited Radiography program required
• Active New York State License in Radiography required
• NYS certification to inject contrast media required
• ARRT Certification in Radiography required
• ARRT Certification in Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) required
• Minimum 1 year of Diagnostic Imaging experience required
• MRI experience preferred
• Continuing education credits maintained per ARRT requirements
• Proficiency with EMR RIS HIS PACS and modality-specific software required
