MR Sales Representative

We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Rep join our team and play a key role in expanding our client partnerships and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development through networking and client meetings
• Own and grow a portfolio of clients focused on contract and temporary staffing opportunities
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to client acquisition and account expansion
• Develop and execute strategic territory plans to increase market share and revenue
• Maintain consistent activity standards pipeline management and CRM discipline
• Partner closely with recruiting teams to ensure strong candidate delivery and fill rates
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and key decision-makers
• Maintain a strong market presence through meetings networking and business development activity

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in staffing recruiting or professional services sales
• Proven track record of success in a revenue-generating performance-driven environment
• Strong ability to generate new business and manage client relationships
• Experience working in a fast-paced metric-driven culture
• Strong communication negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Strong understanding of contract/temporary staffing models strongly preferred
