Principle Duties

Motor Vehicle Quality Assurance Analysts will:

• Conduct reviews of title cases for quality and accuracy
• Research required title documentation
• Correct vehicle records and report errors from title transactions
• Written correspondence requesting additional documentation
• Monitor group inbox throughout workday
• Provide support to management

Remote

This position may be eligible for remote work (within Utah) with occasional in-office work located at the Utah State Tax Commission building 210 N 1950 W SLC UT.

• Knowledge of the Utah Motor Vehicle system
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Excellent customer service skills
• Work in a team environment to meet deadlines
