Motor Line Lead (1st shift)

Job Overview:

The Motor Line Leadis responsible forsupporting the daily operations of the motor production and packaging lines to ensure safety quality productivity and workflow expectations are consistently met. This role provides hands-on leadership coordinates daily work assignmentsassistswith trainingmonitorsproduction flow and helps drive accountability and continuous improvement across the department. This is an on-site hourly position and will require a daily presence at our RectorSeal Earth City MO facility7:00 am to3:30 pm Monday through Friday withovertime as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead daily activities on the motor production and packaging lines.â

• Supportâassociatesâwith workflow directionâproblem-solving and operational needs.â

• Help ensure production schedules and daily output goals are achieved.â

• Monitor line flow and escalate material equipment staffing or quality concerns when needed.â

• Assistwith training new associatesâonâstandard work safety and quality expectations.â

• Promote safe work practices and ensure associates follow company safety policies.â

• Perform routine quality checks to ensure products are packaged and labeled correctly.â

• Assistwith inventory accuracy and material organization within the production area.â

• Coordinate with leadershipregardingstaffing needs priorities and production concerns.â

• Maintain a clean organized and audit-ready work area.â

• Receive and unload trucks for the work area.â

• Help drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.â

• Lead by example through professionalism accountability teamwork and positive communication.â

MinimumRequirements:

• 3 YrsâPrevious warehouse manufacturing or production experiencerequired.â

• Prior experienceâwith WMSâand basic computer skillsrequired.â

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior leadership or lead experience.â

• Priorreceivingexperience.â

• Forklift experience or certification.â

Skills/Competencies:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilemaintainingattention to detail.â

• Basic computer and system navigation skillsâpreferred.â

• Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple operational needs simultaneously.â

• Strong understanding of workplace safety expectations.â

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to a warehouse environment. While performing the duties of this job the employeeis regularly required tosit stand walk and talk or hear. The employeeis occasionally required touse hands and fingers to type or dial climb or balance stoop kneelcrouchor crawl and reach with hands and arms.

The employee must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. This position requires computer use. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
