The Mortgage Servicing Analytical Insights Manager Development leads the design development and delivery of Mortgage Servicing analytics business intelligence data engineering and AI/ML solutions that support Mortgage Servicing operations and strategic business objectives. This role manages multi-disciplinary teams drives analytics strategy and ensures the delivery of scalable high-quality reporting insights and predictive solutions that improve business performance and decision-making.
The Manager oversees the end-to-end analytics development lifecycle including intake prioritization development deployment and execution. The role partners with business and technology leaders to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals establish standards for data quality SQL development data modeling and governance and drive adoption of AI/ML-driven insights across the organization.
Success in this role is demonstrated through high-performing teams trusted and scalable data solutions operationalized machine learning capabilities streamlined reporting processes and measurable business outcomes that support enterprise performance and transformation objectives.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Lead and manage a team responsible for reporting analytics and operational insights
2. Oversee the delivery of servicing reports and ensure accuracy consistency and timeliness
3. Partner with business stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions
4. Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency scalability and effectiveness
5. Monitor team performance provide coaching and support professional development
6. Ensure alignment with COI strategy priorities and governance standards
7. Maintain visibility into project pipelines risks and dependencies.

QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in team leadership within operations analytics or reporting environments
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive results in a fast-paced environment
Experience working cross-functionally with business and technical teams
