Summary of Role:
Monitor and manage the performance of Broadviews sub-servicing portfolio while supporting key functions within the Mortgage Servicing department.
The multifaceted role focuses on assisting the highest traffic areas (ex: Loan Set Up Escrow Sub-Servicing and Discharges) and also being a key facet in covering long and short-term absences for other specialized roles). The Mortgage Servicing Analyst performs all required functions for whatever mortgage requires servicing or creation within the confines of the Mortgage Servicing Department. Each days work will be driven by real time and predictable trends.
Essential Job Functions/Responsibilities:
Monitor and track servicing-related functions for sub-serviced loans including Freddie Mac Broadview FHA and conventional owned loans ensuring adherence to investor timelines and requirements.
Perform quality assurance (QC) reviews of boarded loans verifying servicing files system data and document images for accuracy and completeness.
Identify discrepancies or trends and escalate or remediate issues as needed.
Remain current on departmental investor and regulatory policy and procedural changes.
Apply knowledge of investor guidelines and servicing requirements to daily activities ensuring compliance across all assigned responsibilities.
Support audit and review activities by ensuring accurate documentation and file integrity
Serve as the primary point of contact for members requesting Release of Liability.
Act as liaison between the member and underwriting team to:
Collect and validate all required documentation
Submit complete packages for underwriting review
Ensure timely communication of credit decisions to the member
Prepare closing documents upon approval and coordinate execution with the member ensuring a smooth and timely process.
Assist with any requests coming in from DMI
Act as backup for the preparation and execution of mortgage loan discharges.
Ensure all discharge-related documentation is completed accurately and submitted to the appropriate county for recording within required statutory timeframes.
Monitor completion and follow up as needed to ensure timely recording.
Deliver a high level of service and professionalism in all interactions with members internal staff and external partners.
Respond to inquiries in a timely accurate and courteous manner ensuring a positive experience.
Escalate complex issues appropriately and assist in resolution as needed.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
Associates degree preferred
1-2 Years Loan Servicing or equivalent background
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Detailed knowledge of all internal programs and applications i.e. Encompass DNA ICE MSP etc.
Organization and attention to details needed
Starting Compensation:$26.52 - $32.48/hr. plus a competitive benefits package
